Saving Copies of MF Reports

I have one particular location of a Market Force shop that keeps challenging my reports. I always have the answers for the questions they send but it's getting frustrating. I've almost decided to stop shopping that location. Sometimes, I know I even put the answers to their challenges in my report but I can't save copies of my reports so I have no proof. Has anyone found a way to save your report from the new website? TIA

I'm not familiar with Market Force web site, the MSC's I shop for always have a place to copy to a PDF file.
Marion - The only way I've found is to do a copy of the whole report and then paste it into a document or a email draft. I can then see the whole report that I completed.
Use Print Screen or Snipping tool to grab screenshots, then paste into Word or Paint and save,
I had a location challenge me once too. It was a grocery shop and they wanted to know how many carts had litter/trash in them and they said the aisle which I noted as blocked only had four or five boxes on the floor and was passable.

I made it a point to continue to shop them and they continue to score really, really poorly.

As far as printing a report I use snag it to grab screen shots of the report.

I've shopped this location 4 times in the last 2 months. Each time they've challenged something. I've been challenged by other places before, but never like this. And they want extreme details. I've learned that anytime something is wrong to note it in detail with a complete description from head to toe of the employee involved.
If you're using Chrome, highlight the entire screen, print to PDF, but make sure you click the option to print "selection," or basically to print what you highlighted. There's always a way around it, you just have to tinker around with the browser.

Hope that helped!

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
I read your posting about inquiries from companies. For more than two years now, I audio record every shop I do. If there is a question, I simply quote from the audio recording, and I tell the company that I recorded the interactions, if they want me to send them a copy of the audio. I never hear another word after I tell them I have recorded the interactions. And... it is a pain, but the only way I see to save copies of MF reports is to copy and paste it into a document.
I also record all interactions with employees. I've only been challenged once and it saved me.

Thanks, Tarantado, I just tried that with this page. I pressed Ctrl-A to highlight the entire page including content that was off-screen. Then printed to a PDF. I think you've mentioned that trick before, but I'd forgotten. Good one!
