Unable to submit Maritz bank shop report

I completed a Maritz bank shop and input the information. When I hit "review," nothing happened. When I hit, "submit," nothing happened. Therefore, I hit the "I'm stuck" button. I see my report hasn't turned green and is not in the "waiting to report to client" phase. The shop was done on a Saturday when it's permissible for the banker to provide written information with the following Monday's date. However, the pertinent question on the shop report says that a future date is unacceptable. My presumption is that that is the issue in getting the report to submit. Has that ever come up with you before? Do I call Maritz, or do I just let it ride and see what happens?

I would submit the date that allows the report to go through, but in the last box that is for anything that may have gone wrong, detail it there and tell them what the correct date was so that they can fix it. Then I would also tell them via email with the little envelope next to the shop in your shop log.
I suggest invoicing the shop.
If it allows you to invoice, then, you know that the report has been accepted for review. Follow up after the holiday to explain the situation or, just wait for their request for additional information. Your choice.
If you cannot invoice, ensure that you call after the holiday to explain!
I had exactly the same situation occur to me a week ago Saturday. I did exactly what you did, only I sent an email explaining the situation. The shop was cleared in two days without any further action by me or contact from Maritz. Hope this helps.
I did one bank shop for them. It took me about three days to submit the report, not because it is difficult but because it was my first shop for them and the website is slightly different from other MS companies. They responded every time I needed help/emailed them. So it was a bit of a painful learning experience but they were very helpful so I appreciated that. I am sure second shop will be easy-peasy

You are correct. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see that Maritz can provide you with consistent work (hopefully, the same is true for your city/state as well). They pay consistently as well. They quickly became one of my favorites.
