KSS is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to plan ahead. Ever! They do not respond to emails. They are snail's pace S L O W....... I never understood why request a certain date and they let it pass by at least a week then assign. I do understand taking a shopper and if they flake then assign next in line. But this seems to just be their no rush norm. They obviously do not understand we DO work for other companies and need to route even in the city. Gas is not free.
I think that depends on the scheduler. Shelly is lightning fast and has held shops for me for the future. Some of the others (especially younger ones) have yet to learn that we're not their subordinate employees.@CANADAMOMMY wrote:

On a side note, did you see the new shops KSS came out with today, they want a interaction about a tech product for $10. How low can they go?

That's not my experience at all.
Not everyone needs to route every shop. I don't. When I scheduled, less than 10% of my shoppers were route shoppers.

A route can be one on the way to the grocery store. I did not mean 10 or 20.
If your gas is free and you have the luxury of not planning ahead your day you enjoy.
