telephone numbers Stericycle

The first posting on this page tells the names of MSC's and their pay schedule. The next posting should be a listing of MSC's and telephone numbers where they may be contacted. And I do mean contact numbers... not a recording that might send you an email (maybe) when they feel like it. But, a real, live telephone number that works and provides answers.

I've just wasted about an hour of my time trying to contact Stericycle, who should have a representative online a half hour ago... NOT.

And the email address for the email.... NOT. They only send... they don't receive.

Any help out there for contacting Stericycle?

I'm confused. You think the forum should have a posting with the names of MSCs and their phone numbers?

If that's what you meant , then does that mean you're going to do the research and take the time to post the these phone numbers? You do realize the list of MSCs and paydates was compiled FOR FREE by another forum member who graciously donated their time to do that.

So I don't know if you were able to find the number or not. I found this on the login page of their website:

Stericycle’s Mystery Shop dept. 1-800-977-8943 x 8943 or mysteryshops@stericycle.com

I do other types of work for them but no mystery shopping, so I have different contact numbers and email addresses of reps that would be of no assistance to you since they are not in the MS division. Good luck.

Their home page also says "Live Support Online" is available Monday-Friday 8-5 by clicking to go to live chat. I have never needed to call them and have never tried it.

I used to do work for the MS division about a decade ago. Can't remember why I quit taking them. The ones I saw this morning don't pay diddly. rofl, you wait until they are bonused heavily I guess?
