According to the guidelines I would be reimbursed for the lost money ($25) from the client. They were supposed to send a refund code. They did--and it was the same code as the original purchase code and therefore invalid. I've sent at least 10 emails and called twice and it's now been almost 3 months and intellishop still hasn't fixed the problem. That money is gone and I'll NEVER shop one of those jobs again.
