HS Brands SSN issue

Apparently when I signed up for HS Brands, I entered the wrong SSN number. I have tried to go into my profile and change it, but it keeps rejecting my change. I have tried emailing them, even including the change I'm pretty sure needs to be made (it's one of the last 4 numbers that they show in the profile). But I've received no response. Any suggestions for getting this fixed? As of right now they say it's not required so it's not holding up my payments. But they also say they could start requiring it any time so any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is why forumers are not happy with you. You are not a shopper, so you have never had this experience. However, you chose to insult her intelligence by giving her the information on their web page, as if she's too dumb to get it herself.
She's looking for input from someone who has had a similar experience and got it resolved. This is not forum hijinks or an off topic thread. This is a serious shopper issue that should be responded to by actual shoppers.

Their web page says to call your Account Manager or call the office at 800 723 1150.

You could also fax your request to their public fax at 508-541-8697, and then place a postage stamped envelope in the mail to them.

It can be a serious issue if not addressed.

I am confident you will prevail,

I'd email the scheduler, and she will get you to payroll. i have personally had good luck with questions through my scheduler. We had a holiday, so that may have put them behind a couple days. I'm sure it will be resolved, as long as your getting paid, be patient. have you gone into your profile to fix your SS#.?

I have reported @#$%&'s post to Jacob. I hope others will as well. I am starting to get nauseous whenever I see his name come up on a post! He is NOT connected to Mystery Shopping in ANY way!! WHY is he allowed to continue posting here???????? PLEASE JACOB!!!!
Blah blah blah. You sure are long winded. Here's my succinct answers.I didn't answer her because I have not had that experience, and unlike you, I tend not to expound at length about things I know nothing about. I knew someone would come along that would be of assistance. And yes, it is sassymmm's topic, and if you noticed she liked my reply. Just sayin'.

This is also sassymmmm's topic. Although my personal experience with mystery shopping has been posted elsewhere to read and comment, I wish not to take away from sassymmmm's Subject. I encourage everyone here to answer her Subject of "HS Brands SSN issue" and stay on topic.

I am waiting for your answer to her.

No need to dismiss the posting of the company's phone number and fax.

Thanks for all the advice. This has actually been going on for a few weeks. I tried doing it in my profile. That was the first thing I tried. I'll take some time and try and reach someone with the company direct. Thanks again.
