Maritz shop thru SeeLevel- Who pays me? RESOLVED

I did a bank shop for SeeLevel but on my shop log it says it is a Maritz shop. I did not get paid for it on the 15th but SeeLevel did pay me for another shop I did two days earlier. All done the first of August.
It would not make sense for me to go to Maritz to invoice it.
My shop score was 10/10 so I know it was accepted.

For subcontracted shops it can go either way. Although you entered the shop on SeeLevel's site, you still may need to submit an invoice to Maritz. Usually there would be instructions in the guidelines and on the report form.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I was wondering that so I went back to look at the guidelines. There is nothing about invoicing. The only reason you know it is a Maritz shop is because it is listed in the name of the shop along with the bank.
If SeeLevel did not tell you in the guidelines who would be paying, I would start with them. I've never had payment delayed because the shop was subcontracted, but then I have never had any involving those two MSCs.

Apparently no one pays me...
I called SeeLevel and a nice gal said she would call me back. Waited a day. Called backed and was told Dina would be taking care of it for me and let me know. Waited another day.
Nothing.
Came here and found Dina's email. Sent a message two days ago.
Nothing.
Sigh. I really hate to complain but I don't do shops out of kindness.

I have found that SeeLevel has slightly improved their communications (a little bit, but in the right direction), while Maritz is getting worse (far worse). Plus, Maritz is farming out a lot of their shops to Kern and SeeLevel, and who know who else. It puts the OP (in this case, me) in a bad position when one tries to reach out and communicate and the result is zilch, : calls and emails are just ignored.

The general rule of thumb is that one is paid by the MSC to whom one submits the report.

If See Level was only scheduling for Maritz then you would submit the report (and invoice) directly to Maritz and they would pay you.

If See Level is asking you to submit the report to them (e.g. on their Sassie system) then they will be paying you.
