Problems with submitting report to Maritz--RESOLVED

Hello, by any chance is anyone working on reports for Maritz right now? I am trying to submit my report and when I try I am getting this error:

Server Error

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

OMG I have 10 reports that are about to be at the 24 hour mark and can't do anything and no one is answering at Maritz. Not sure what to do?

A lot of times I just back up from here and resubmit. Make sure your photos are the correct size, if not, the page times out too fast and you can get this error.

Thank you SO SO much OCyou2!! OMG I tried everything and couldn't get it to work. I completely forgot to change the picture size from when I was taking pictures over the weekend and now it is working!!! Duh on my part. Thanks again for the reminder.

Just a suggestion: I keep a minimum of at least two (2) digital cameras with me at all times when doing shops. Both are set in the 640 X 480 format as required.

Never a problem!

BTW, you can find very reasonable priced digital cameras on various websites as well as many resale shops.

i keep old point & shoot camera set to 640 X 480 just for maritz shops. most other msc cos want larger files so i use smart phone for them. cell takes bettter pix than camera.
