Huh? You were not getting a free service if the shop was reimbursement only. The value of the reimbursement is what you decided to accept as a fee for a report. It still makes sense to complete the report regardless.. Assuming the client was the service provider, you were "paid" with the service and now don't have to wait for reimbursement. That could actually be kind of a win/win
