KSS scheduling for Maritz

Wow, what a great thing. KSS provides shop requirement details, plus lists both the fee and (if applicable) reimbursement. The same jobs listed on Maritz do not disclose the requirements nor is the reimbursement revealed.

Hopefully someone at Maritz will learn from this.

I sent a question to Maritz, more of an issue. I requested and was approved to perform a shop on 10/20. The email from KSS and the KSS website show the 20th. Maritz has it scheduled for the 13th. No response so far, date still wrong.

Since Kern scheduled the shop originally, you should not be communicating scheduling issues directly with Maritz.
I understand, but KSS also did not respond. Ultimately, Maritz decides if I get paid. If a Maritz editor has an issue I am going to respond to Maritz and not ask KSS to play middleman.

Maritz returned my call yesterday. It was like talking to a kid.

Wow, Maritz has the wonkiest commuication system. They post messages, calling them emails, yet do not send an actual email. They ask for a response, yet do not have an option to do so.

They put a shop on hold. The editor is claiming the client wants to know why the Unit Number (for the matching address) is not on the receipt. Store Number, Street Address, City, State and Phone number are on the receipt. I am supposed to comment on why the Unit Number is missing. I find it hard to believe that the client wants me to explain this, or that a Maritz editor sees it as an issue that I am even in control of.

I added a comment that the receipt does not include the Unit Number, but does otherwise have the Store Number and address, it is part of a strip mall.

The only reason to email Maritz is to request an incentive. Otherwise, call about everything. EVERYTHING.

Where can we see status of our shops ? in "my competed shops" section i don't see any statuses of the shops completed like approved or hold etc.
are you looking on the KSS site or the Maritz site?

They only display a 14 day history of completed shops. From there, you have to rely on your own system. I am not even sure they provide details on payments.

Literally thousands of shops done for Maritz. Never once have I noticed that "completed shops" button until you mentioned it.
