BARE--how long to edit report?

I recently did a restaurant shop for BARE. It has been more than ten days since I submitted the shop and it is still showing in "completed" status (as opposed to "received"winking smiley. Is it normal for it to be sitting around that long? In my experience, restaurant shops usually get edited pretty quickly...

I think that "completed" means they have completed the shop. Received means that they got the submitted shop from you.

BARE uses Sassie. Completed means that the shopper has completed the shop and submitted it. Received means that the MSC has reviewed the shop and submitted it (or put it in queue for submission) to the client.

That said, ten days is no biggie.
