Maritz First Rejected Shop - How to Handle Please

Okay... That was completely uncalled for and in no way contextually appropriate. You clearly have me mistaken for someone else. Not sure how my reply to another's comment devolved to this exchange. It stops here.

Thank you to others who offered their constructive feedback and perspectives - it helped me evaluate the situation and decide that my ongoing relationship with the MSC was worth more to me than the incident. It didn't change my feelings about it but it did impact my course of action regarding it.

This is most definitely an eye opening experience. I've had a great transition into the MS world. This curiously odd exchange will not alter it.

Happy Holidays to all! Hope it has been a joyous occasion for you and your families.

Yes, I was/am sensitive about what happened. And yes, I further explained my point of view here in the forum. I was okay agreeing to disagree. It didn't mean I didn't have the good sense to not go to war over it with the MSC. I'd had far more extensive positive shops completed and accepted with them than this one that was not.

It does appear there were some misunderstandings and assumptions. I thought asking about and sharing my thought process here in the forum was the best place for that discourse. Then, it felt like I was being attacked for doing so. So, in my eyes, though I had moved on from it with respect to the MSC, I was now being told that discussing it here would get me banned which is why I asked for clarification about whether the comment was intended for my commentary in the forum.

Forgive my literary ignorance but I still don't understand the comment made about verbosity being a strange thing. I've never heard the expression.

I do appreciate the caution expressed if it was coming from the assumption that this was still an open item with the MSC. The commentary and replies were limited to this forum only.

I come from the corporate world so I've learned to exercise pretty good judgement about which battles are worth fighting if you want to win the war.

Thank you again!
As I see it, OP you were wrong not to accept the documents, as weak as the offer might have been. Therefore the rules were not followed and the MSC was correct in rejecting your shop. That should have been the end of this story but you decided to plead your case to this forum and, I believe, expect empathy and agreement. I see no snarkiness (is that a word?) from the respondents but instead good solid advice. Sensitivity and over-think may have worked in the corporate world you come from but in this case it is a detriment.
