Confero: missing Prize tests

I attempted to apply for some of their recent "on-the-spot" opportunities. The required tests are not available???

I contacted the scheduler a couple weeks ago for the same issue. She said that the test is not working. I completed two of the new shops two weeks ago without taking the test.

A scheduler responded. They said it is not a test but a designation for successfully completing the shops. Unfortunatly that allows other shoppers to snag the shops while my app sits for review.

Under announcements, click on tests and qualifications, click on shopper testing center and take the drive for sales test. Is that not on your page?

Please read my post above. The Certifications are rewarded for the Prize scenarios based on previous successful completion.

Speaking of... anyone know the scheduler for this event? I have 3 shops pending apps with no one assigned but my dashboard is not letting me do squat besides view the fact that I have shops pending and shop applications in... -_- anyone elses down?

Something's wonky. I have a lot of previously successful prize shops, but wasn't able to self-assign like I should have been. It's almost as if it's backward.
