Cirrus

I am owed $25 and husband is owed for 3 months ,$50. He is fed up with them. I sent an email to a scheduler who sent me an email soliciting work that I am not interested in working for them. No other apartment shop company is an issue.

Read your IC agreement. They are very up front about their payment policy. You might also want to search the topic as this was discussed in depth in the last week or so.

Bottom line, you agreed to their payment policy when you accepted the assignment.

Cirrus does things a little differently than most MSC's and you simply have to be willing to jump through their hoops.

1. Did you fill out the invoice and submit it?
2. Did you check when their payment date is for your shop? They typically pay about three months after you do the shop.

A lot of folks simply choose not to shop for them for these reasons. I'll shop for them, but only if they are willing to pay a bit more than I expect from other companies.

Once you've checked that you have submitted the invoice and if the payment is overdue, you should be able to find a phone number for them. I've had to chase payments a couple of times, but have always been paid.

Cirrus payment policy is nuts, here are their latest payment dates:

Read the other post about Cirrus, they tell a lot including mine......ten foot pole.

Told my husband if he did his shops in Sept. which he said he did, then, he should be paid at the end of December.
There payment schedule is ridiculous, but it gives you the schedule up front. Trying working for other shops in between that way when you get paid from them it will be a surprise

Be sure that he sent an invoice. If he did not, he might be able to squeak it in for this month.

I did read that they pay usually on the 2nd - thru 5th of the following month is when it is to hit pay pal. I haven't seen mine as of today. So I am looking for a phone number or contact about the payment.
September payments are processed at the end of December, not paid. Payment will happen in another month or two.
