Imyst make story to refuse contractor payment

I did an apartment mystery shop for Imyst. I submitted a report detailing the apartment tour. I fulfilled my contract and submitted on time as requested. However, I later received an email notification stating that the report was rejected. The basis for the rejection was I made an off-hand during phone appointment setting.
Here is the catch. The only recorded portion of the shop was the phone appointment setting which I had to submit. No other recorded audio was available. After listening to the audio again and again, I did not hear any phrases or indication that I uttered such question ex. “are you alone?”
After presenting with all the facts, Imyst failed to response and suddenly became quiet. This is an indication that Imyst expected this situation to go away on its own. Imyst also took the liberty of not paying me at will.
Although I do not expect to receive any payment, this is a good reminder to other shoppers before accepting any works from Imyst. There are other companies that I am working with such as EliteCX, Shadow Agency, Grace Hill and ,of course, EPMS. These companies offer the same shops like Imyst.
REMEMBER!!! If you accept any works from Imyst, they can make up any excuse they like. Please share your experiences so others know.

I don't have bad experiences to share about I-Myst. In fact, my camera battery died during an apartment shop. I discovered the camera wasn't running and was able to replace the battery. They simply had me write up a detailed narrative about the missing footage and paid me in full.

Take them to court.
The have apt shops here for $20.00 and the report is extraordinary. I can do a cell or cc shop for $5 more with a report that is 75% less narrative.
$20? They paid $100 for video apartment shops. When the client went to another MSC the fee suddenly dropped to $60. I wonder who got the extra $40.
