How often do you need to call or email her? I've worked with Reality (which used to be Gamefilm) since 2010 and I've only twice needed to contact anyone. I agree that Robin Myers is one of my favorites; few come close to comparing with her. Robin is professional and quite charming to everyone.
As for "working as a team," we aren't really a team with mystery shopping companies. Mystery shoppers are independent contractors and the mystery shopping companies are our customers. We provide a service and the companies decide which contractor they choose to use and when and how and how much they will pay. When you hire a contractor to paint your house, the painter is not working with you as a team; the painter is providing a service and you are paying him for that service. You are the customer and you pick the painter and tell him what to paint, when to paint, and what color you want. Are you doing him a favor? No, but you as the customer control the selection process.
I have worked for Reality Group many years with no complaint, other than they lost a client awhile back...other than that, I can't remember ever having to call them.....they still have a job in Beverly Hills that I'll assign when I'm driving into the city. You seem a bit over charged, could the problem be yours, just asking!

No, it's not a team. We are not working together or as employees. The MSC is our customer. It's not the same thing. If you and your wife were working on a project together you would be a team. Most of the time as IC's we all work independently, however.

When people post on this forum not 100% of what they post has 100% to do with the original question. As in life in general, a conversation can veer to where ever it veers to according to perceptions, whatever was said last and expanding on an original thought. What's wrong with that? Nothing unless someone is anal retentive which I may become after making so many cheesecakes. See, now we are on a conversation about cheesecakes. And?

Telling you my experience with Reality BASED Group or RBG being different than yours seems to hit a sore spot.

A reliable company with a couple of my favorite restaurant shops. I haven't had a problem with anyone there so far and their reports are pretty easy.

This seemed more like a problem with a scheduler than the company or maybe I am reading it wrong.
This forum is ALL about balanced views of MSCs and their reps. OP, you report poor treatment by one scheduler. That is on a thread with her company name. Other shoppers' experiences with that company are thus invited. Those views are NOT attacks on you. If you brush the chip off of your shoulder, you will learn tons of valuable info here from a team that is dedicated to professionalism in the MS world.

Curiously I went on their site and read the ICA agreement, which states not to mention them or their client on any forum...perhaps that's your answer,. MSC's do read the forum and act accordingly. Having a major problem like OP has, they may not want it publicly aired, hence no return calls....

Oops, wrong company. RGB is cool. Not enough $$ in their pot though. I wish these companies would charge enough to pay a respectful amount to their shoppers!

As usual, the movies weren't as good as the books.
Fountain Head and Atlas Shrugged both the books were sort of heavy doses. Luckily I read them in that sequence and tried to get some meanings from the writing " Virtue of selfishness" Considering her background Rand did good work. Another good read was The Carpet Beggars and Spellbinder by Harold Robbins
