I've never seen that with RBG except for their retail shops which I'm not interested in. Their restaurant shops in my area are snapped up quick. If those are the ones you're talking about, the only thing I can think of is they had a last minute shop cancellation and are on a deadline. Still no reason for the scheduler to act that way.
