Was there anything in the directions or your ICA that would deduct pay for things such as "excessive grammar errors" or "turned in late"? Were you given any reasons for a pay discrepancy? If you truly believe that your pay was less than what you are owed, send a professional email to Dave and see what he has to say.

No, I haven’t had problems like that. What happened? Once I had an editor call me with a question and deducted $2 from my pay, that was 10 years ago; I don’t even think they do that anymore. They may have reduced your pay because you were late to turn in the report. Ask them.

I did ask. Honestly, the company is the worst. I was given reasons, but the reasons are completely bull and what it boils down to is that he doesn't have enough to pay his bills.

They have docked me for shops I submitted late or that required clarifcations. I don't accept their shops anymore --and they lost the one client I liked.

What personal attacks? Giving an unfavorable opinion about a company is not a personal attack. If the mods are deleting those simply because a few shills report them, that is nothing but censorship.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Several years ago I brought to Sentry's attention the inaccuracies and accusatory, insulting wording in some of their computer generated "communications." The response? In essence: this is how it works and screw you if you don't like it. I cancelled my account with them on the spot. Interestingly, the one client I shopped for them I am now doing for another MSC--one that is not perfect either but is at least more open and responsive in its dealings with shoppers. If competition among MSCs leads to low pay, it also has its upside--we shoppers have a fair amount of choice in who we work for.

@LisaSTL - mikemikemike is not posting an unfavorable opinion, They are alleging that we breached our ICA with them. This would seem to be in violation of the forums posting guidelines to "be honest".

Edited to add:
In fact, this is a major problem with this site: opinions asserted as facts. If there are real issues with our company, then shine daylight on them with everyone being transparent so readers of the forum can render a well-informed judgment on the situation.

Accusing any company of wrong-doing without backing it up with facts does damage to the entire industry.

Get over yourself. I didn't accuse you of being a shill. Standard procedures are it usually takes quite a few "reports" before a post is removed unless it is a spam posting. You are not so naive you don't know there have been quite a few people who have created multiple and/or phone aliases here. So yeah, it is totally appropriate.
