Maritz Direct Deposits

I received payment but when I go into the website there is no direct deposit history at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

I think the system just needs to catch up with the information but I got my payment today and it's correct so I'm not to worried about what it says on the site.
I just like to check because I'm always afraid I forgot to send an invoice. Was the 12th your cut-off date for being paid? I have shops after that date that don't appear to be included.

My history shows up. Under My Account click direct deposit. At the bottom of that page is a blue link that says payment history. Click that. It shows the total for the year and if you want more details click the blue link at the bottom that shows the date and amount of the payment. When you click it it shows all of the usual details , visit ID, reimbursements, etc.
Thank you, Coffee! I often forget to invoice and then it's confusing on which ones have been paid.

My payment was short by one shop. I called and lo and behold, I forgot to invoice that one. Easy to fix, but also easy to forget on the new system. It must have been late when I reported and I was tired because I always write down the invoice number. That one didn't have it written down, so totally my fault. If you're reporting more than one shop, you have to remember to click on the My Shops link to invoice. Easy to miss.

It appears to be late. I received payment today, but nothing on the direct deposit link to show what shops were paid and how much. I like to reconcile my payments against shops performed as a matter of good businesses practices.
BTW, it is bothersome that my bank received the ACH payment for the last period on the 16th of the month, while the Maritz payment schedule shows it was direct deposited on the 10th. I know that it is not my bank having the date problems since I receive other ACH direct deposit payments and they show up on the date the payor reports, not 6 days later.
Now, here it is the 31st and I received payment at my bank. Is Maritz going to claim they sent it out on the 25th or 26th? If so, I wish Maritz would explain the many day difference!
I am trying to get my tax papers in order. I’ve had a rough start this year and am just getting to matching invoices to pay. I only can see 2018 information. Does anyone know how I can get 2017 details? My w2 amount is not matching my invoice amount.
AFAIK and sadly, with the "new" Maritz website, past years for direct deposits cannot be viewed.

The 1099 you receive from Maritz should only reflect income (fee and reimbursements) received minus product purchases and not your invoiced amount.

I see only 2 ways to determine your invoiced amount (product purchases).

One way is to review the statements printed out from the past year.
For me, I have always printed out the statement for each pay period as a matter of reconciling my work performed for Maritz over that pay period. It is helpful in determining which shops or work have been paid and if they are correct. I did the same thing when Maritz paid by check . After reconciling, I attached the statement to the collective worksheets in which it reflects. I saved them in a file for the month and use them later for tax season.
If you did not print them out, the only other way is to call and talk to Frances at Maritz Accounting.

If there is a way to find them online, I've not found the link.

PS: Sorry for the longer than should be reply. No lecture intended.
