I got paid today, direct deposit. It was in my account by about 4AM this morning.

Yet, my Maritz account shows nothing about when it was submitted to my bank.
For me, I suppose it could be a minor thing. I just cannot understand why my bank account shows the deposit today and yet, when Maritz finally does show when it was sent to my bank, it will be many days earlier.

I got paid, but for only 3 of 5 shops. Hoping that I didn't forget to submit invoices for the other two. All my other companies invoice for me. I've gotten out of the habit.
I did a Maritz earlier in the month scheduled through kern KSS. Do I need to submit an invoice for this?
@dreaminofthetropics Yes! You have up to 14 days after the shop to submit it. My first shop from them was through KSS and no one told me about invoices until I found a post on here talking about it.

Contact Maritz, you must be outside of the 14 day period. I was told that If I had any problems to contact KSS but the payment comes from Maritz and they are the ones you have to put the invoice in with. Also, check to see if the shop is still attach to your KSS account.

I completed it on the first. It is still in my KSS account. I might have clicked the invoice button, but I'm not absolutely sure. Would you contact KSS or Maritz or wait to see if payment comes?
Payment won't come without an invoice. I did my shop on the 1st last month but didn't get paid until the 31st. Had I put in an invoice when I did the shop, I would have been paid on the 15h. Contact KSS because I remember from my guidelines was that KSS was my middleman for everything. Talk to you're scheduler at KSS.

Ahhh gotcha!! I try to follow the pinned payment post but some of the info is wrong. In my head they pay twice a month for some reason.
They do pay twice a month, on the 15th and 31st.
Ok so the payment on the 15th must be from the previous month. I've only done 2 shops for them but that makes sense.

Finally heard back from them (been calling and emailing since the 15th) and, YUP, I forgot to invoice two shops. But the friendly voice in payroll found them, processed them and I'll be paid on the 28th. So I'm all good.
I was over the 14 day limit to input my invoices but I called and they are taking care of them for me. I only had to give them the visit numbers.
Yes, they found mine I forgot to invoice as well. They called today and stated they invoiced it. With my new shop with them I Invoiced immediately. I received a phone call back from my online inquiry stating they had invoiced for me.

Yes, you do. I shopped for them for quite a few years before I realized I was meant to be invoicing them. I had to call and they had to do the invoicing dating back literally years. I'm talking the better part of 2K worth of shops. Oh, how I dreaded making that call when I realized my mistake! They were pretty nice about it, and prompt with the payments, too.

Are you saying you did work for YEARS and didn't get paid? Didn't you think something was wrong after the first couple of shops?

Reallycoolshopper, you are not alone! I never thought about it and then suddenly realized I had worked for a year without pay. For me it was $950. But payroll was very gracious and I was paid about a week later.
