Hello all. I see that there is a very negative thread about me and full of untrue information. I am here to clear some things up. First and foremost, my name is Carrie Coyle and has been for over 10 years. It is absolutely true that I have had my fair share of unfortunate incidents within this industry, but absolutely not for the reasons that are being stated on this forum.
Before I get into my situation, I want to make it clear that the companies I am scheduling for are 100% legit. While it has been a difficult process to get things to where they are at right now with Red Quanta, they are diligently working on making the process easier for the shoppers. They are based out of India and this is their first project in the US. With that being said, they have been working very hard at making the site more US friendly. Shopper payments for anything that was completed between 4 to 6 weeks ago will be made this weekend. This is normal payment turnaround time within this industry.
As far as my background... what has been said about me "screwing over shoppers" and using aliases is NOT true. I have never been in a position of having to pay shoppers. That has always been up to the MSP that we scheduled for. I was not even with Private Eyes during the time of the Freeman Group incident. And I know that the owner of Private Eyes did everything that she possibly could to get shoppers paid. We rely on you shoppers and when you are not paid, it hurts us too. We will always go to bat for the shoppers, but shopper payments are out of our control.
My legal situation had absolutely nothing to do with the Mystery Shopping industry. I had a very unfortunate experience of having to deal with a family member that was a drug addict. He put myself and other family members through a world of turmoil, hurt and legal issues. Credit cards were taken out in my name (as well as family members of my husband at the time), payday loans were taken out, checkbooks stolen and bad checks written across the state. Dealing wit this and the legal repercussions went on from 2005 to 2015 (2 years AFTER he passed away). My poor parents are STILL dealing with legal repercussions! In 2013, my brother succumbed to addiction and lost his life. What he did to my family, to me, to many others was horrible, painful and life altering, but losing him was even worse. I hope than none of you have to experience what we all did. It is even more painful when people who have no idea the details of the situation(s) take it upon themselves to alter the story into something not even close to what has really happened. During the time that this happened, I was married to my first husband, which means at that time, my last name was different. My last name is different now, because I am remarried.
I have worked very hard to restore my name and can provide anyone who is interested in having it, personal and character references. I am also in the process of working with a group of attorneys to restore my background. As you all know, legal fees are crazy and I have had my fair share of them. I currently have 3 jobs to help pay the legal fees. But I do not care how much it takes to make this awful situation, a better one. Especially for my parents, who not only have to deal with this legal stuff, but also the loss of their son. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain that they feel on a daily basis.
I assure you that the companies I work for are aware of this situation. I have proven myself as an excellent scheduler and work very hard at what I do. I appreciate you all looking out for one another. That is was I find so admirable about this industry. But I am not the bad guy. Black and white is not always that. Everyone has a story. Whether you believe what I am saying or not, everyone deserves to be heard. I would appreciate you reaching out to me directly with anything regarding my situation. This is an incredibly sad and unfortunate part of my life, and to see it posted on a public forum so full of inaccurate information is beyond painful.
The ONLY people that were affected by any of this was my family. No shopper or MSP was affected in any way, shape or form.
