Aimee at Buckalew

I was so glad to see that others experienced issues with that ghastly Aimee at Buckalew. --Not happy that others had a bad time of it, of course, but gratified I wasn't alone. I, too, get consistent 9s and 10s (all false modesty aside, mostly 10s) from all the other companies. She fired me before I could quit. Her tone, her comments, everything rubbed me the wrong way, although I inadvertently insulted her when I made reference to her reputation for being cantankerous. I truly thought it was a point of pride with her. I once worked in an office where the supervisor--an Aimee type--had her own glassed-in office-within-an-office. She had a sign that said something along the lines of, "Yes, I'm a b**ch, but I'm the head b**ch in charge." At least own it if you're a difficult person. I imagine she'll implode at Buckalew one day, unless she's family. That type always does. (The HBIC supervisor, in fact, eventually got fired.)

I'm not sure exactly what the point of this post is. It seems like it's just here to insult someone and take pleasure in the problems of others. Perhaps I'm wrong?

And before you insinuate that I'm taking up for her or Buckalew I cancelled a shop between performing the shop and reporting it because of her that ultimately led to me being removed from their database (not that I would have possibly ever worked for them again). So no, not a fan, just not a fan of random insults either.

I'm sure that Michael wanted Aimee on his motorcycle, and she said no. Rejection can be brutal to some folks in this day and age.

There will be no soup for Michael today. Come back in one year.
Sometimes people need to vent. Plain and simple.

So, there was not a problem with the shop just a terrible interaction. Well, count your blessings because I have terrible interactions Every Single Day. I'm pretty sure if someone said to me "I've heard you're a biotch" I would remove them from my experience as well.
