I have performed a shop for Bare the last two months and I was not able to upload the required photos of the receipt and the restroom. I emailed the scheduler. Last month she replied that she would attach the photos to the report for me. This month I had my score lowered to 9 because I had not responded in a timely manner. I performed the shops on a Saturday and nobody reacted to my email until Monday. Is there a way to get technical support to upload photo to Bare? I tried different browsers including Firefox and Chrome and I tried my phone, my laptop and my desktop. I upload photos to other MSC with no problem. I hesitate to accept more Bare shops because of this.
