Unable to upload photos to Bare - no problem with other MSC

I have performed a shop for Bare the last two months and I was not able to upload the required photos of the receipt and the restroom. I emailed the scheduler. Last month she replied that she would attach the photos to the report for me. This month I had my score lowered to 9 because I had not responded in a timely manner. I performed the shops on a Saturday and nobody reacted to my email until Monday. Is there a way to get technical support to upload photo to Bare? I tried different browsers including Firefox and Chrome and I tried my phone, my laptop and my desktop. I upload photos to other MSC with no problem. I hesitate to accept more Bare shops because of this.

I have had the same issue with Bare as well. Other Sassie shops work fine, but Bare seems to upload to 100% but never actually gets into the shop file. I had a shop with lots of photos and the scheduler did have to upload them for me. A week later she told me I forgot one (which I didn't) and I resent it. She ended up marking me off for that. I have been frustrated with this, but the last shop I did for them in Chrome seemed to work better. (only one photo to upload, but it worked)
Try as low a resolution as possible or otherwise allowed.

I have had the exact same problem with BARE for at least six months so I have to upload with Firefox or Internet explorer.
@sitotw - I am sorry to hear that you have been having difficulties with photos for your shops. I will speak with our Project Management Team to see if I can provide some technical tips on photo uploads.

I personally have closed and completed a survey, then re-opened the survey in a different browser and had better luck uploading the photo. I appreciate your helpful comment.

I have the same problem uploading. Wasted lots of time on the computer with several tries to upload. Bare's technical support should straighten this out or convert to Sassie.
@ShopperFun99 - I am sorry that you had issues uploading your photos for your completed evaluations. We do use Sassie, actually. I am aware that we were experiencing issues like this previously, however; we thought it had been corrected. Chrome works best for photo uploads, while FireFox may cause some issues. So sorry for the frustration. I sent your comments and feedback to our IT team. I will provide an update when I can. Thank you.

LShapiro, I appreciate that you read these messages and respond. I am assigned another Bare shop this week. I emailed one of the project managers two days ago because I have questions. I did not get a response. I left voice mails for both project managers today and no response. I need to start this shop today and I am disappointed by the lack of response from the project managers. The guidelines state that I need a phone briefing from a project manager. I cannot reach a project manager.
I received a call from John, one of the project managers. I hope I will be able to upload documents.
@sitotw The advice to upload with Firefox or Internet explorer. If you have trouble, I'd call your Project Manager.
Always save your work and you're inputting the details of your shop BEFORE you get to the upload. You can return to the Upload after saving your form. Good Luck!

I started my report for two visit shop and uploaded a photo of business card using Google Chrome without any issue.

I did another shop that I had issues with uploading photos the last two times. I was able to upload photos using Google Chrome.
