They have them where their resellers agree to have the flyers distributed. As the Chevron auditor was doing, the DirectTV Apt. delivery person who would grab them before I could get them was just running in, taking pics and dropping them off. So, there you go. Ruins it for me. I feel bad for the retired and immigrant owners of the gas stations here. I told the company and they don't care. That's why I don't report anything that's not required on the report anymore. It's an industry created on the backs of hardworking people in most cases.

In response to the post about not seeing shops on job boards. I know that mystery shopping companies bid for jobs and therefore a company who had shops last year may be done by another company next year.
Yeah, I don’t know who does Ruth’s Chris either. It took me forever to figure out who does Flemings Steakhouse. For those in the know, any chance it happens to be the same MSC?

It depends on which company that you got the shop through. I have seen it where you have to be able to sign up for the home internet service. I have also seen some that do not require that just cell phone service, and I have seen the ones that you go into and spend some time talking about the satellite service but nothing about the cell service or the internet service.

Panda is rarely worth it except for the experience and then not even that. On a separate note, I did take one of the JIBs. just my luck they do not close the doors at night.

Missing Splash car wash in the CT-NY area! I used to be able to get a great wash/wax etc. at least once a month, but they're no longer w/the MSC. I haven't seen them on any other MSCs I work for. Splash does a really good job and treats the cars gently. The other car wash chain in my area is shopped, but I don't like how their robots treat my car......

I did a Dunkin shop in January, and see the shops for the current period are assigned; I put myself on the 'notify me' for when certain locations become available again through the MSC's system on the Prophet platform.
I haven't seen a Cinnabon shop in awhile. I used to do them all the time with the old MSC (loved the cinnapack ones) and did a handful for them for the newer MSC with the simpler form, but didn't care for the fees (reimbursement only unless bonused) and you couldn't see the requirements until you accepted a shop. I miss Planet Beauty, Rubios, Baja Fresh, Farrell's Restaurant/Ice Cream Parlour, and Ashley Furniture shops.
Anyone see TD Bank shops? They’ve vanished in my area.

I only see a very few TD Bank phone shops, mostly in Maine and New Hampshire. I miss the teller shops, they're so easy!

I recently signed up with the company that does these (although I didn't know it did when I signed on), but I can't take one yet because my son worked there less than a year ago.

I used to do McDonalds and Stripes gas stations. Since ending their mystery shopping programs, the restrooms in both are just awful. We travel a lot and restrooms are important... If having shoppers come in to evaluate what you're doing is the only way that you're going to clean your restrooms, then you need to bring the program back...
So is Ruth's Chris gone or did they change companies? I have been looking for them but I have not seen them posted in awhile.
Ruth's Chris is done in my area every quarter only, it seems and with the same msp
I have noticed that the drive-through times seem to be climbing since McDonald's dumped their shopping programs.
We have a Dunkin Donuts here. Guess I am not sign up with the right company or it is not shopped here
From what I heard this is just a temporary situation and they will be back.

There was Another Broken Egg on a job board just last week. A company that has a lot of other restaurant shops.
I talked to the MSC that used to have Grimaldi's as their client. She confirmed that they are no longer being shopped by that company. Not sure if they went to another company or just not currently being shopped.
Now that McD's has mobile ordering they REALLY need mystery shoppers. Every time I've ordered through the mobile app, it takes them at least 5 minutes to bring out my food. Half the time they don't give me a straw, or ketchup. One time they charged my credit card twice.
