Quality Control Market Force

You may have seen a previous post of mine about a cell phone nightmare shop. Well, surprise, surprise, it's been in QC status for a week now. What is the longest you have had a shop stay in QC status before you were asked a question or the shop was approved (or rejected)?

One of my shops sat in QC status for 17 days once. Everything done the same day and after it was approved. That one just sat there in QC. Then the last day of the month, it suddenly just changed to approved. I was never contacted or asked a question about it. I've had a lot of reports sit in QC for a week but never got a question. It's been my experience that if a question is coming, it comes very quickly, like within hours or within a day, except twice when the questions came from the client. Both those times, the reports were approved and then a week later, and 3 weeks later for the other, QC emailed me the client's question. Both times, I answered and they basically said okay, thanks, and I never heard any more and got paid.
Some of my gas station shops, out of town, stayed in QC for about 12 days and that was the longest I've had. On average, shops are in QC for a couple of days to a week.
I have had the same experience and was told that the auditors sometimes get backed up in processing reports so as long as the report hasn't been invalidated, I was told nothing to worry about and all of my assignments have been approved.
I have had shops that were approved and then went back into QC as they emailed me about the shop, then it was changed back to approved...but normally it's either approved same day or within 3-4 days.
Geeze. I just received an email about this thread, Quality Control, Market Force, having forgotten about the thread for a moment and thought it was actually from MF QC argh

I laughed so hard because I could see me doing that. I don't like to hear from QC.
Me, too. No way. Even though I know Intelli will say 10/10, great report, thanks alot, I still squeel a little before opening the email.
I had one from a different company. Did the shop 4/4, got a call 4/10. My shop was challenged by the area manager for the store because he thought I hadn't purchased the correct sale item. Got my receipt, verified my purchase, and had to explain that the brand name for the chips was an umbrella ie that Brand A and Brand B are ALWAYS on sale together, and you can mix and match. The QC person agreed and I thought I was done. Not so fast. Today, 4/30. it's still marked Hold Pay. I explained it again to the scheduler I was on the phone. Here's hoping I get my $10.
We should all get together and create a fund for shoppers whose shops go awry like that chip deal. Walmart has one as does our local electric company! I would put in a claim request for the BWW server took two hours to deliver burger, fries and a Sprite so I didnt get paid lol.
17 days.....3 cell phone shops. All were finally approved. I think it has something to do with having enough editors to finish grading the shops.
