Yup, I'm also a member of the 404 error club!

I am with you chrisg, I am whitelisted and getting 404 error also.

I got 404 errors. Tried everything. ONLY having the new mail open, clearing cache--over and over the 404 errors.

I was curious about you folks getting 404 errors. I can confirm it happened to me as well. Some type of site issue I would guess.

Ensure you remove ALL email accounts, then login to the dedicated email..... You cannot manually select a primary account, so you have to actually remove all other accounts first.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
Still won't work unless you are talking removing every email address from every connected devise. I removed all email addresses from 1 phone, cleared the cache, added the whitelisted account to the 1 phone. Signed in to the 1 whitelisted account, tried the link and still a 404 error. What a colossal waste of time.

Try it on an internet browser in incognito mode.

It started working for me the next day, on the same browser, with the same login, etc, etc. So it was not a cache or email issue, it was a site issue as far as I could tell. I do that kind of work for my day job, so I am pretty sure it wasn't me.

I am curious for those who did the jobs. I was aware you need a throw away email for the shops themselves, but you still log in and sign up on your real email right? I don't want to have to keep a separate email for just one company, no matter how nice the job is (well, unless its like a trip around the world).

Are you saying you cannot use a new sub gmail account, linked to your primary gmail account?

I suppose I can, but it would be annoying. I am more asking if my account with BVA must be attached to the new email account, or my real email account?

I actually would get a separate account for this job. I believe that the client wants this done based on the fact that every MSC offering this shop has asked us to do this. The client may want the e-mail to only be used for this shop because they may plan on shutting the account in the future. The e-mail address has been given access to data that the client wants to keep private. They'd be within their right to delete the e-mail addresses used in the future since they were technically supposed to be created with the intention of gaining access to the shops.
Yes, you should create a new account in order to perform the assignment, but you can use your regular MS email to log in to the actual BVA website for reporting.
No the project will be over in August 2018. I am the recruiter of this project, tell me what your area is please, I 'll check if I can extend the amount of orders for your city.
Why is the reimbursement a different amount than going through Red Quanta? I got the assignment through a scheduler and Red Quanta directly. They didn't even mention getting paid if the order fails sad smiley

Aside - the only time I've encountered the 404 error is if I'm signed into the wrong gmail account. I remedy this by doing "Open a new private window". Then sign into the throwaway gmail account and open the link. If you are using IE, I heard that pressing Ctrl Shift P will open a private window.

Hi. All is fine now, thank you for replying.
I logged in using a private window, then logged into my throw away account, then still got the 404 error message.

So I am in a situation where I am scheduled to perform a shop tomorrow, but so far have no way to order.

Unless anyone knows of any other tricks, I guess I will have to send them an email.
Hello Linda. Your email did not get white-listed. That is why you cannot see the list of restaurants.

I've applied 6 times and haven't received one shop yet. Still have two new apps pending.
You should book shops by yourself for the food ordering project. We do not send invitations to shoppers as for "regular" shop visits.
If you went to the end of the process and followed the instructions, you should access to the ordering plateform... if you still not received it, that means something went wrong 6 times. You can tell me what your issue is in pm, I can help you.
I applied 6 times, I did not I go to the end of the process, I stated my apps are pending.

This is from the email I received:
"After you apply, shoppers will be contacted by BVA Mystery Shopping.
You will be directed to order meals online for delivery or pickup.
You only need to reside within the city limits."

No one has contacted me.
Odd email! Could you please send me in PM the name of the sender and the email adress of this message?
I need to verify that. Thank you very much for this info!
I've done many of these shops without any problem. I got the email stating that in July it would be takeout only for specific partners which seemed fine. Today I reserved a job on the BVA website and several hours later there's still no way to fill the form out. Am I doing something wrong?
@NinS , I had that happen today too. I re-booked the same date, and then it worked, without double booking me.
It's been an hour -- the've each got an assignment number, they just can't be filled out.
A few hours later those two assignments were totally gone! I reserved one for Monday so perhaps that'll eventually show up...
The same thing happened today -- the job was reserved but I couldn't access it and then it got deleted at the end of the day. Have others been able to do these jobs in the last 48 hours? (I've tried putting in a ticket but haven't yet gotten a response.)
The system has been wonky since the update. I assigned myself something and it showed up in my queue without the new tag, which is weird.
I've done about ten jobs with BVAMS online food ordering, always been paid, but when I try to refer friends to it they insist it must be a scam and I'm stupid to keep doing it. Yes, the website and emails have been in very broken English and the questionnaires are low quality design, so even I'm starting to wonder/worry a bit (although, they're really playing the long game...?) does anyone have any evidence to point to it being legit that you uncovered in researching this company/opp? I've never done mystery shopping before, maybe this is how they all operate and don't have to look super professional because they .. don't have to?
