BVA Mystery Shopping

I’ve done well over a hundred for BVAMS, and my friends have done a lot for them too. They are legit. I don’t think you need to worry.

Has anyone been able to get a DoorDash delivery to work? I get an error every time I try to place a delivery with DoorDash
I've been able to get the new delivery portal to work, though some of my friends have been having problems with it. I've done it on my iphone, a mac desktop, and a windows computer, with my last order being two hours ago in windows.

I removed the name of the delivery provider because I believe it's against forum rules

Yes, it worked for me, but I had many errors before placing an order.

The poster who posted about telling her friends is very kind. I haven't told any of my friends because I want shops to stay in my area as long as possible
Ha,yes - I've been telling people about it but they don't believe it is legit based on the websites/emails/etc. and think it must be some sort of con (to steal credit card info or something else, not sure...)
Last night I got an order with the new partner to work -- then I had three failures in a row (with three different restaurants).
Of course the failures are why we're doing this project in this first place! I'm excited to try some of the places that this new partner uses, but the $10 failure pay for three failed attempts a day can get you a pretty nice meal either made at home or delivered.
@NinS, that $30 is what's comforting my friends. I've been able to get almost all of my orders to go through, but my failures have been pretty spectacular (issues with the people-side of the delivery). I'm definitely going to cry when this project is over.
Agreed. I’ve saved $1,000’s in food costs and I’ve been able cash out on $1,000’s of signup bonuses for new credit cards I signed up in 2018.

They’re not the end-client, so it’s not against the rules.

Just want to know whether the three failures in one day can be for the same meal since the restriction is for 3 different meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Does anyone know? So far I am new to this shop and my first attempt was a fail, was not sure if I could try again for the same meal period on the same day.
Latest email we just got today says we can do UNLIMITED shops per day (no longer 3 per day limit) soo.. shop or fail away??

"You can book as many jobs a day you want as long as it’s not more than 2 per restaurant.

All the “failed” ones count and will be rewarded ($10) as previously."
I wouldn't repeatedly attempt shops if you know that you are receiving errors, but I do think that they should've made that clear because I can easily see someone doing back to back fail shops. I would personally do one per meal period.

Did anyone receive a payment yesterday?

I got paid on the 29th for 10/24-25. My friends were paid for the same time period and that included fail reports.
Same - got paid yesterday for a job on 10/24, but nothing yet for the jobs over the weekend (Friday-onward).
I emailed the MSC regarding the continuous fails and was encouraged to keep trying. I was only trying to do one per meal period and selecting different restaurants. I just tried to do one for dinner and they were not even listed as a provider...Has anyone experience this?
Has anyone who was previously failing now had success in getting the orders to process? The fails are good and all, but I would prefer food (DD has a better choice of restaurants). Just wondering if I could try something different other than using different computers too. Thx

I know some shoppers in my area who have never been able to place an order. They've attempted once per meal period.

I've been mixed. If I get a fail then I wait until the next meal period. There have been times when my first order went well, so then I tried a second order during the same meal period, and that failed

Has anyone ever requested an assignment and can’t see the survey? It’s been stuck on “instantly confirmed shops” for hours. In the past, I’d request an assignment and see that right away, but the survey would then appear within a few minutes. I don’t feel comfortable placing an order without being able to see the survey
I would not complete it, considering they are on vacation/weekend. I had a few that were in that status during office hours and they eventually went to the "sellingpoint/mission" section. Another time, they stayed in the “instantly confirmed shops” and were deleted. Bridgette suggested to wait, but it was during office hours before. Just my experience.

Thanks for your reply. One of them was requested right before I placed an order, which is why I asked. I’ll just wait it out for the other ones.
I had a bunch of them hang and never move to my queue, so I don’t do them unless they have made the move.
I thought I had a DD fail but turns out it went through.. even though it gave me an "error" message every time I hit submit. Luckily it only recorded one order! Now it's the BVA website that's not working - "Error: this point of sale is no longer available" for every day I can click on (and no jobs booked previously beyond yesterday). Grr...
I have been getting that same error message for days. Hoping it will be fixed soon, so I can at least try again. Still no food so far, unfortunately. Wish I knew what I could do. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox and don't know what else to try and change to see if it will go through. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Error w/ DD, or error in BVA itself? I accidentally found a workaround to the "this point of sale is no longer available" in BVA by copying the link on the "pick a date" page, logging out, going to the link, picking a date, and logging in while confirming the job - THEN I'm able to book the job for some reason.
