Ath Power payment

Still waiting for a payment from Ath on a 7/26 shop.

Contacted them in Sept., and they told me I would be paid with the October checks.

Well, here it is 10/17 and still nothing.

Anyone seen a check from Ath this month yet?

AT Power takes is time paying. However, I have not heard them being that late.

I had to run after them for my July payment. They came back saying something about the checks being missprinted and they had to write the check by hand. Contact Ellen at ebarkhouse@athpower.com
I am trying to find the proper address to serve a summons on Ath power for Defamation of Character. Does anyone have an address for them?
They post their phone number on the sign in page to their website. Give them a call and ask them what the best address is for their corporate office.

Defamation of character??? Wow, that must be quite a story.

In regard to payment, I received a check yesterday for a shop I did in November.
I did a shop for them the last week of Sept 2010 and got paid the second week of Nov. Then another the first week of Oct and got paid the third week of Dec.So it takes around 60 days or so.
The best way to collect payment is to email the contact on the shop in the shop log. ATH Power does take at least 60 days and sometimes more to pay; however, they do pay.
Ath has changed their payment procedures since I started working for them a year ago. The used to pay on the 1st and 15th but over the last few months I've had to contact them as some of the payments (which are monthly now) have taken almost two months.

BUT, they have always paid.
I have not been stiffed... yet.

OT on the payment issue -- is ATH one of those companies who doesn't notify you after applying for a shop, if not accepted?

I had a shop in my pending file for tomorrow, and just signed in to see what the status was, in order to plan my day (with or without it). Nothing in my log or in pending applications.
Chances are that it was assigned to someone else and has already been performed (if it was not date specific for a future date). Just to be on the safe side I would take a pdf of the pending showing that nothing is there. Some of these clowns have a nasty habit of coming back and assigning a shop you previously requested at the last minute when someone else fails to perform. A pdf of an empty request file makes certain that you were absolutely correct to go on and plan the rest of your life.

It is there somewhere! I have tha they pay 1 times per month on thelast day following the month the shop was done. I also have noted that they cut checks on the 30 and 31 and allow 4 business days for checks to arrive. Hope this helps.
I have found most of the "how they pay" in the area for new signups for most of the companies, so have a button.
My experience with them is that I did the jobs in month 1, the website showed that they paid me the 1st of month 3 and I received the check after the middle of month 3. I actually received payment a few days shy of 60 days from when the work was performed.
I just went to my shop log and it looks like they pay in 60 days. Shops I did in Oct. I got paid for In Dec. In Nov paid In Jan. I have had no problems with them at all.
ATH Power has assigned me shops on different dates than I requested sometimes weeks later. However, I have never had any problem changing dates with them.
Anyone seen a check yet for February? My shops for December show paid as of 2/2 but I have not seen a check yet....wish they would go to Paypal...
All my payments from ATH have arrived, without fail, between 45-60 days after the shop. I don't recall the exact date they issue checks, but I'm sure that the 15 day variance has to do with where in the month the shop fell.

"We do not use PayPal. Shopper pay is cut once a month – on the last day of the month for all shops completed the previous month. Example: All shops completed in July, checks are cut on the last day of August and will mail out within 7-10 business days (processing time). Processing time consists of signing, sealing, stuffing, metering and mailing through the U.S. post office."
They are being watched here in NC by the Attorney General. Payment may decide their future in NC.
