I have gotten 2 e-mails this week from an indepent scheduling service listing shops in my area - a bunch of them, actually. When I click on the provided link in the e-mail to visit the Qams site, there are 0 shops available either in my area or total across the board. The dozen or so shops I've been notified of cannot be all assigned, as I visit the site within minutes of receiving the notification, and the second e-mail listed the exact same shops. What's the deal?
The scheduler is correct. There are currently 47 assignments available, in California, Arkansas, Michigan, Texas, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Indiana, and Wisconsin. QAMS posts the shops on their Job Board and sends emails out to shoppers to let them know the shops are there. QAMS apparently has deactivated a bunch of shoppers. When QAMS deactivates shoppers, shoppers are not notified and they can still log in but can no longer see any shops, they no longer receive their email notifications, and QAMS does not answer emails from the shopper. To see if you are still a QAMS shopper, log in and click Update Filter to view all open opportunities.
