Did you sign up with Bill.com? I'm still waiting on payment but bill.com is completely confusing. Ath themselves don't send out payment, bill.com does a direct deposit, I think.
Another Ath Power question: My applications stay in "pending" for a day or so, and then disappear. It has been well over six months since my last Ath shop (of any kind). It would be easy to assume the shop is scheduled to someone else, except the same location shows up in an immediate search on the job board...Can anyone put some logic to this? Is there some rotation or quota that I don't know about (regarding branches or areas for the branches)?
I would email the scheduler. There are rotations in a lot of their shops and they do not publish the details where we can see it.

If you log into Bill.com and opt to communicate by chatting they will walk you through step by step and will remain with you until your problem is resolved. I was a bit confused but the staff was patient and thorough.

I suppose LATE is better than never...but in Ath's case.....regular is 2 months after the deed.

Bill.com was holding my payment and I just got an email from Ath telling me to sign up. I could have gotten a check from them by now. I signed up and it is confusing, expecting pay soon, my large sum is sitting there unpaid.

Well, once again Ath is late in paying. My shopper log shows payment made on June 15 for April shop. I checked Bill.com, as of COB today they have nothing pending for me from Ath. I emailed the schedulaer on Friday night when I didn't receive pay as my account noted, but have no response.
I got an email from Bill.com saying that my payment will be deposited on 6/19. I haven't heard anything from Ath personally although. All communication has been with bill.com and they told me they have nothing to do with sending the payments so im confused but im glad to see I have something coming.
My money is still "pending" in Bill.com and I'm not a happy camper.....wrote to Ath with no return email.

My payment was in my bank account this morning. You have to send them an invoice in bill.com. If you call they will help you.
I just found that out, wish I'd been told as this is my first with them......hopefully tomorrow.

Irene and others. I have been shopping for ATH for about 10 years. Their payment methods can be confusing, but I have always been paid by their schedule. You get a notice first from Bill.com which tells you your payment will be deposited at such and such a date, the second notice tells you that the deposit has been made. I am in the East coast, which might make a difference, not sure. The deposit takes a day or two into your account.
Example ATH Log-
4/10- paid on 6/1
4/11- Paid on 6/1
4/14- Paid on 6/15
4/18-Paid on 6/1 5

What about the invoice I'm told here you need to send in? I just sent it in, but have spent more time with trying to track my funds than the jobs. Could someone give me their phone #, I can't find it anywhere.

If you go through Bill.com and look at the invoice it should show up telling you the staus, UNPAID, PAID.... Go to the chat and explain your issue you will then have the opportunity to send an invoice to the vendor (ATH Power). Also, note that March will be paid in June. Send an email to Ellen she is excellent at responding and bringing clarity to a payment ebarkhouse@athpower.com. There is a link once you sign in that will show you the payment schedule. Good luck.
If you were​ due to be paid June 15th according to the ATh schedule it should have been released on June 19th. You should have received an email that you received payment from Ath Power.

I did all of the above, and yes, Ellen responded telling me since my three jobs were May 4th thru the 17th, pay will be July 1st. Bill.com shows balance unpaid and I sent in an invoice, just have to wait it out...they may have me their mail system. July 1st. seems a long time for a May 4th payment.

That is true but if you ask Ellen to send you the link to the published payout schedule, that is stated.
Go on the dashboard where your shops are listed. Their pay policy is explained somewhere on that dashboard or on their homepage on their website. Payments are always out at least 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the date the job is completed. If completed near the 15th or last day of the month it sometimes gets bumped into the next pay period so it takes longer. If you go to where your completed shops are listed you can click on each shop to open it up for details. If your shop is to be paid this next pay period it will say it was paid on a certain date. If it says July 1st ánd you are paid by Bill.com you will get an email somewhere around the 5th from Bill.com saying your payment is on the way. Then about a day or so later you get another email saying you have been paid and it will be in your bank account. ATH pays on the 1st and 15th and we get the money in our bank account around the 5th and 20th unless it falls on a weekend or near a holiday. If there is no date listed in the shop information it is not scheduled for payment this pay period. Once a shop of mine was not paid. I contacted Ellen Barkhouse at ATH and she took care of it. It was paid to me in the next pay period. Be patient. They do pay but it seems like forever. Whenever I do a shop I plan for it being paid two months later. Any work I do in July I generally expect to be paid after the 5th or 20th of September. If you look at your list now, if it says they paid it on July 1st you should find it in your bank account maybe on this coming Monday or Tuesday because of the holiday and this weekend. I have not received my first email yet so it is looking like it will be later than normal, but it is still possible it could happen Friday. I am thinking the first email may be Friday and the second one on Monday but we have to wait and see. Once you work regularly the payments will be steady as well. There is no need to contact Labor Department. You will be paid. They are faithful! And if they should make a mistake they will fix it. But do not expect your scheduler to fix it. You can ask them who you need to contact but their job is only to schedule shops..
