BONUS OFFER FROM SCHEDULER THAT WAS NOT PAID

I was offered last minute shops that needed to be completed to meet the company's deadline. I was offered a bonus for 5 shops in different locations. I was so disappointed that I was only paid the shop fee without the bonus. I still have the email from the scheduler about the bonus offer. I emailed her and attached the email of the bonus offer as a reminder. A week had passed and the scheduler (Project Manager) has not responded to my email. Who do I talk to about this issue. Please advise.

Which MSC?

"I told myself to quit you; but I don't listen to drunks." -Chris Stapleton
Depends on the MSC.

Also, when I don't get a response to an e-mail, I forward the same e-mail to the same person, with "May I have the courtesy of a reply?"

And I always, ALwAYS, check my job paperwork before leaving -- so many times I've agreed to do a job with a bonus, and not see the bonus reflected on the actual shop paperwork. I contact them before I leave, and make sure it's fixed before I leave to do the shop.

PS -- it's a LOT HARDER to straighten out after you've completed the shop, and even harder after you've already been paid.

Teezay, there are hundreds of mystery shopping companies. They are not connected with each other and they all have different employees and contractors. How can anyone advise you who to talk to about a nonpayment issue when you haven't told us what company you are working with?
Sometimes the bonus comes after the pay, not with the same deposit...'d nicely ask the scheduler if this is the case.

Live consciously....
I haven't had this happen very often, luckily. The last time the scheduler "forgot" about the bonus and neglected to return my emails, I got on the phone - used the Main phone number for the MSC and explained my situation with the 1st person who picked up the phone, stating I didn't know who to talk to. I got transfered once, and by the end of the day, had my bonus, via PayPal. Sometimes you have to be the squeaky wheel - but squeak in the right direction.
Like Irene said, sometimes the bonus is paid later. The first shop I did for Informa was $250 with a bonus of $50 but the check for the bonus came about a month after my check for the actual job fee. Because I didn't get them together it made me nervous so when I called about it, I was told that they work to get the checks for the original fee out first and then the bonus. Call the MSC and actually talk to a live person to get an explanation.
Please clarify if you have already been paid, or if the payment is still pending? Some MSCs, for example, list the base fee on the completed shop yet still pay the bonus when the payment is processed.

Also, was the bonus contingent upon any requirement that you did not meet?

I have done several shops for Informa and they always include the bonus in the payment when there is one in my experience.
