Shop start time - rejected report Ipsos (summit scheduling)?

You know.... The more I look at these instructions, the more I shake my head and think, "WTH?"

"Visit the store anytime but it must be one hour before closing." That's absolutely contradictory. One hour before closing is not "any time." So it's either any time, or it's one hour before closing. Can't be both.

Of course, we know what they mean, but that's not what they say. WHO writes these instructions, and who reviews them? If guidelines were written properly, to actually say what the MSCs mean, everybody's lives would be easier. Sigh.

Maybe whoever writes those guidelines must also write for yahoo news. Have any of you read some of yahoo news? Many articles are poorly written too.

You may be on to something.... Reading the articles is "interesting" enough, but if you read the comments, you leak brain cells.
