Try a different browser, try rebooting your computer, etc. I am having issues still viewing completed reports, but I am able to log in and view my future shops and the job board with no problem. Other than that, don't know what to tell you, but doesn't seem likely you were deactivated considering you had an urgent shop to complete. If you emailed helpdesk and called, then you have to wait and see what happens. It is the weekend, after all, and shopper support is limited over the weekend.
