wwin, for one of my shops, there actually was a delay, and the clerk did apologize, so I reported that. I guess that's the sort of thing they want to know. But for my OTHER shop, I just waited in line till it was my turn, and just reported, "When it was my turn, the clerk smiled and asked, What can I help you with?", and that's what I reported on that one. So far, it hasn't been kicked back (I just checked!!), but who knows?? Strange, nothing about it was in the guidelines that I could find, unless I missed it.
