I have completed many IPSOS shops and the status is always listed as "Hold Pay" until payday. It does not mean there is a problem.
Shops-A-lot, are you sure? My shops show "Pending Validation" in red when they haven't been edited yet, and then it turns to green when they have been edited and approved and say "Okay for Pay". I have 2 at the bottom of the list in red that are "Hold Pay" that I screwed up and won't get paid for. One of those was from February of this year and the other one was from May of last year. Those never go away.
nvaughan, you can contact sanaz.lee@ipsos.com or bhaveesha.siyani@ipsos.com with any questions. I don't think IPSOS employees read or engage in the shopping forum, or at least not very often.
There are three different listings in the payment record. 1) Pending validation in red font 2) Pending payment in green font, and 3)Hold Pay in red font. The Hold Pay means you're not going to be paid for whatever reason. The pending payments disappear from the payment record once they've begun processing payment. Those shops will then appear on the receipt for the month just below that section.

Sorry, but if you have a hold pay, you're not being paid for that shop. I would contact the scheduler for an explanation.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
I have a "Hold Pay' in red, but it's for that airline survey they asked everyone to do about a month back. No one is getting paid for that, I don't think. IPSOS should take those off.
