I have applied for a restaurant shop with consume impact and thinking about applying for another one. This will be my first shop with them, I'm curious to know about the questionnaire afterwords. I have done some restaurants shops where they they wanted to know every tiny detail and what time it happened and so forth. Are the questionnaires the same with them? Thanks
I like Customer Impact a lot. Their report forms are very straight forward and require little narrative. They also provide sample narratives so that you know exactly what they want captured in the report and you see how they want the information structured. The reports are very easy and short. Customer Impact has some very nice restaurant shops and they are usually in great demand, so don't be discouraged if you are not assigned on your first try.
Thanks I have applied for 3 with them tonight so far. Fingers crossed I get them or at least one. I have been doing most of my shops with one company because I go to overwhelmed with some other companies and how detailed the surveys would be. I thought I would start trying some other companies. Do they give you a reply quickly on about if you can do the shop or not. I applied for and said I can do it tomorrow.

Customer Impact is one of my favorite companies. They not only have some nice restaurant shops, but they also have merchandising ones that come up from time to time. The reports are submitted via GOSpotCheck so you do them on your phone while in the store...no late night reports to do when you get home after a long day. Pay is always on time and fair.
