Me too. They have paid me correctly each month, and on time, too. I like Alta 360. Did they give a reason for not paying you?
Instead of baseless claims how about some details?

I agree give us some details. I have done work for them with no problem. I will do work for them again.
I apologize. I completed a 2 shops for them on September 15 and have yet to be paid for them. Both shops were Accepted.
Have you contacted them? What excuse did they give? I've always been paid exactly on time for every shop I've done for them (I would guess in the neighborhood of $100k over the past 6 years).

They said they didn’t have my bank information but I checked and they did have it. They said they will send me a check.
Well if they said they will send you a check, how can you say they don't pay? I've been with them for about 15 years and have never had any issues with pay.
I just found out after I posted that that they were sending me a check and I said they don’t like to pay as per their agreement that I signed with them. I’m glad everyone else has had a positive experience with them but I have not.
Count me in as another shopper who has always been paid as promised with Alta 360. No problems. Ever.
I have also been paid without any problems for years and years.

If you did shops in September, payment would be sent out the end of October. I get my direct deposit from them on the last or 2nd to last day of the month like clockwork. However, I used to receive checks and those usually took a week or two to arrive.

What I'm saying is that they don't sound all that late to me if you are expecting payment via check. This is one of the few companies that I don't worry about with payment because they never screw up on me. I love how reliable they are in that respect.

But they do pay as agreed. Perhaps there was a mistake on their end regarding your banking information, but to me that's an acceptable issue. Crap happens. It's not like they screw up often or were withholding payment or having cash flow issues or multiple "lost checks" or "payment processor errors."

Yes, when I first started, I had a problem getting pictures to always go thru like they were supposed to so I started saving almost every picture for a few months, receipts I save forever and a copy of the report that I sent them If I can save it. Some companies you can't save like Int srvc chk. The pictures I will delete after a few months.

Do you by chance use Gigspot to report your shops? If so that could be the issue, not Alta360.
I just had an instance where I was validating a shoppers report and returned it to them for clarification. The shopper attempted to make the correction and then resubmit. The entire report ended up blank EXCEPT for the attached photos. Long story short a shopper had to completely rewrite the report because of a Gigspot glitch.
MobiAudit has had the same issues in the past.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to add a friendly reminder about disbursements. When inputting the banking information in your profile, please be sure the information is completely accurate and current, as well as your mailing address. The disbursements are done on an automated process and not manually, and the direct deposits are made based on exactly what is inputted in your profile. If there is an error with the account number or the routing number, we will not know this until the receiving bank notifies us. This could take several business days for us to be notified, and we end up getting hit with banking fees as well. When this happens, a replacement check is then sent on the 15th of the month. Once or twice, I have seen a case where a replacement check is sent out to the address in the profile because the deposit was returned to us, but a week or two later, we received the check back to us by the postal service, because the mailing address in the profile was also not correct.

I also love Alta360!! They were one of my primary companies until I started working directly for one of their biggest clients. No pay issues at all.

I like Alta. If I made an error, where I owed someone money, but missed it I would hope that person would come talk to me instead of calling me cheater in a public forum. And it sounds like Alta is trying to make things right by sending a paper check. smh
I tried to contact that for a while before I could finally get ahold of them. I thought this was a place I could safely share my experience and issues but I have been proven wrong. Thank you all for making me feel like my experience and feelings are not valid. I will no longer bother this forum or any other with my invalid feelings and experience. Maybe that’s what’s wrong with the world today. If people don’t share your feelings or experiences then they don’t matter and you just beat them down.
I mean I'm not trying to be mean but based on your experience your feelings aren't valid.

it seems to me that you provided invalid banking information and an invalid address and then got upset when you couldn't immediately reach someone to fix your error.

I also like Alta 360. They only have one client in my area . I try to get it everytime it is posted. Never had any problems
I've done a lot of work with Alta 360. I just performed an audit today for them. I've never had any problem receiving pay and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and appreciation from Alta 360. I am thankful they exist.

Nobody’s feelings a invalid no matter what they are or what they are about! (Again, people that this anyone’s feelings are invalid is what’s wrong with the world today)
I went through gig spot and every other company doesn’t seem to have a problem with my account. I am no longer following this so I guess say what you want but I won’t see it! Some of you people need to re-evaluate how you deal with other people in the world!!
