Maritz Payment

PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!

Hi! I'm new to Mystery Shopping. I did a shop for Maritz and am having a hard time getting paid and getting a response from anyone in reference to payment. Anybody else run into this or have any suggestions?

1. When did you do the shop?
2. Was this your first shop/first payment for Maritz?
3. Is direct deposit enabled and is your account shown in your profile? (Direct deposit may take up to 2 pay cycles.)
4. Did you correctly submit an invoice to Maritz after completing the shop?

On their Help page, they have a Contact Us election or you can call them toll-free at: 1-800-782-4299
OMG! I am an idiot! I just found payment!!! Isn't that always the way it happens.....as soon as you ask someone a question, you find the answer on your own?!?! Thanks so much for responding though, I really appreciate it!!!
I have not been paid in over 45 days and have completed over 20 shops during that time period. They have to fix this problem.
Just in case you didn't know, Maritz requires that you submit an invoice on their website after you complete a shop. No invoice = no pay.

yes, i submitted the invoice. actually, i solved the issue as soon as i posted (of course that's the way it works). thanks for responding!
