MaritzCX unauthorized account inquiry

I do love working for MaritzCX! I could use a little light from someone who has done this shop! I need to pretend I found a bank account opened in my name that I did not authorize & watch for the way they handle referring me to the 1 who can help me. I need to provide my ID & then they will get back with me later. Please, Anyone able to tell me how this shop goes?

I have only completed this scenario over the phone. Say and do exactly what is in the guidelines and it works out fine. You have to reveal yourself, depending on how the call goes.

I have not done one in person, but the banker should, and I say should, refer you to call an 800 number or the like. Maybe someone who has done the in person will pipe up.
I did an in-person one. The banker and then the manager looked up the account and provided details about exactly what transpired the day i opened the account including stuff I had said. The CSR that day had done a great job of documentation. There as no way that I could deny it was me, they even had a scan of my driver's license. I reported what happened, and i got paid. Not what I had expected, but no problem in the end.

What happened, 2stepps? Inquiry minds want to know.

Hi Maritz shoppers!
About 2 years ago I applied for Maritz and was rejected without a word about why. I am a full-time shopper with a good deal of experience and I earn very good scores on my reports. I tried 6 or 7 times to contact someone with the company who could help and have never heard back from anyone. I thought maybe there was a mistake on my application or something but have no recourse if no one contacts me.
Any advice?
Call them. They are one of the very few companies that will dare to speak with shoppers by phone. In fact, I have found, in my limited experience, that they are one of the most professional companies to work with. They actually treat shoppers with respect and dignity. At least that has been my experience. Good luck!
Thank you for your reply! I think I called them, but I certainly will try a few times more. Thank you for the recommendation. I've always thought they were a good company.
