Ipsos Split Payment Statements

So Ipsos did something odd...I have one statement that was cut on 1/7 and another that was cut on 1/8. I received the 1/7 payment this afternoon but not the 1/8 payment. Did this happen to anybody else?

I, too, haven't gotten the second payment. However, my second statement is for the one location I had that had changed brands. Maybe that is the same in your case? Hoping that the second one will show up tomorrow.
Ipsos with another issue...I did a Bank job a couple months ago, and now I'm asked for the Banker's name.
Report was submitted, paid for and I cleaned out cards, so no longer no her name. No requests before this,
Never happened before, guess I'll have to wait and see.

Live consciously....
I only had one on my statement and it was their new client. But it hasn't showed up at PayPal yet. Hope they fix this by the 31st.....as I have done two dozen more.
Payments are processed by IPSOS to shopper PayPal accounts on the 15th and 30th of each month for shops in Okay for pay status (completed and validated) within those time periods. Ipsos pay dates and pay cycles that correspond to each date may be adjusted to plus or minus 1 business day when a pay period is impacted by a holiday. The pay cycles that correspond with these pay dates are on the 7th and the 22nd (these days may also be adjusted when impacted by a holiday). Your Pay Statement will show in your Shopmetrics account under ‘Pay History’ once a pay cycle is run. When you login to your Shopmetrics account, click on ‘My Settings’ and then ‘Pay History’, you will see on the left hand side of the screen, about half way down the page a button called "Pay Statements". Clicking on each Pay Statement number will display all of your payments in each months pay statements. There are excel and PDF views. If your PayPal email address is correct and it has been more than 6 weeks since you completed the shop, please email mspayments@ipsos.com. Remember to include the survey name shopped, the type of shop you did, the location number, the date of shop, and the email address in your shopper profile. Your payment will be researched and we will get back to you within 7 business days.

If you are not already a registered shopper with Ipsos, please register at [www.ishopforipsos.com]. It will take up to 30 minutes for you to receive the email from Ipsos with your login information. Once received, login and click on OPEN OPPORTUNITIES in the upper left corner (using a computer, NOT a smart phone and NOT a tablet). Apply for the ones you are interested in.

Thank you!

^Thanks for posting, but in this case, it's something I've never seen before.

I did a bunch of shops and had two different statements cut, one day after another, with different shops on them. One statement was cut on 1/7, then a second statement cut on 1/8. I received payment for the 1/7 statement on the 15th, but I have yet to receive payment for the 1/8 statement. That's the concern I'm raising here.
I was wondering if IPSOS was going to pay at all...should've had something on the 15th...not yet, though.....and I have two shops that are listed as 'HOLD PAY' but I haven't got any pushback or feedback on what I did wrong there, although I have asked twice. Hmmmm....

If you email me directly at juliaus@ishopforipsos.com I can look into why the shops are on 'Hold Pay' for you!

Julia - six weeks? Really? I am supposed to wait six weeks AFTER your payment does not arrive, as promised?
Is this some kind of sick joke?
I have the same issue this month, with a statement on the 7th that was paid on the 15th, as usual. Another statement was cut on the 8th, that has NOT been paid. And a statement on the 22nd, as usual. I did email (no response yet), but I am assuming I will get both the 8th and 22nd on the 30th.
That is our posted policy on our FAQ page, if you have an issue with payment please email mspayments@ipsos.com. Remember to include the survey name shopped, the type of shop you did, the location number, the date of shop, and the email address in your shopper profile. Your payment will be researched and we will get back to you within 7 business days. If you would like me to look up your shops to see why they are on hold pay please email me at juliaus@ishopforipsos.com!

It hasn't been 7 days so I haven't followed up on my email regarding the last statement. However this time around there are two again? I wonder why they just won't explain what is going on? I hate to say it but I don't think Julia is grasping the real issue (besides the non payment), but why are two statements being generated now?

OMG. Why did IPSOS let you continue to "work" for them after the last big incident you had with them?

I have looked into it and there was two different payments processed, it was a processing error and any shops with a Pay Statement of 284 or 285 will be paid on the 30th!
