Does anyone have issues using the Maritz app?

In the middle of gas station shop app stops working......tried it twice....stopped the same place both times.

I quit using it because of the very same thing.

But then, I am a tech DINOSAUR, and can't get any apps to work (except Field Agent and Geoverify -- both extremely simple).

(Same thing for EyesOn -- the Marketforce app)

I am 70 and trying to learn to use the apps. I have no problem with Eyes on. I really like not having to enter info when I get home. I use Geoverify a lot to record time more than location. I also do merchandising for Driveline and use their app.

I just tried the app again after a long hiatus. I thought I read on this board that they had updated it to work better and now could input part of the info on the phone then complete the report on the computer. The app wasn't too bad for the short gas job but when I went to finish the report on the computer I still had no luck. I'll continue using my web browser on my phone for reports.

I use the app offline while I am in the field. Then when I get home or to a wifi connection, I submit the shops. It works better for me that way. I use the Android version. That said, I have not used the most recent version at a gas station audit yet this year.
