Informa is switching to the SASSIE platform

I tried moving to their Sassie platform and it will not recognize me!
I have shops starting Monday and need access! When I ask for a password reset, nothing happens.
Typical of glitches when any MSC shifts to a new platform !

It said you have to sign up fresh, they were not moving us over.

I think we are supposed to register as new shoppers. Then, it is pretty easy.
Steps:
1. Go to their SASSIE site via the link and register as a new shopper by completing the regular SASSIE profile.
2. Complete the Extended Shopper Profile (via the Shop Log).
3. Verify your email address (by clicking a button that will appear on your Shop Log).

Not to worry Informa is not moving every project all at once! We didn't mean for the email to sound that way. Prophet and Sassie will be used together until we have imported all of our many projects. We are estimating March 31st as the last day of Prophet. Please let me know if you have any questions I will be watching this thread.

Today. 3:51pm EST. Promotional folder in Gmail. All from Informa have been going there lately. iPsos, too.

Thanks for watching the thread. Could you please let the programmers know that there appears to be a glitch in the extended profile? I could not check all the languages I spoke. When I checked "Other," the "English" box became unchecked. Thanks.

Hi Sue! Thank you for letting me know I will let our Sassie team know right away. We sent the email early so we can catch those types of errors. Also Self-Assign isn't going away so don't worry about that one bit.

I'm in the middle of a problem with a shop and everytime I answer their email, it gets returned. I do like Sassie, we'll see.

I'm a gmail user also - You can setup filters and labels to tag all emails from MSCs, making them easy to find. Use the asterisk wildcard in place of the sender name before the @ symbol in the email address - and it will flag every one from that company. For informa's emails, it would be: *@informa.com.
To create a new filter, use the search box at the top of the gmail program. (Existing filters may be edited through the settings menu)
I created a filter that will apply a label to the emails, skip the inbox, and avoid the spam filter. After the filter is setup, you can go back in and edit it to add additional companies. You must type OR in all caps with a space between the email addresses. For example: the From field in the filter will look something like this: *@informa.com OR *@msc2.com OR *@msc3.com
Now all I do is click on the label on the left side of my screen and it shows me every email that was sent from a MSC. Plus, it stays out of my main inbox.

I use GMX.com out of Europe That way I could get my name in the address and no extra numbers like Bob3687.
I would never do another Informa shop again. I am a 74 yo, 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and I did shops for Informa for 3 years. I made a mistake, asked for help and they terminated my agreement because I talked back to a manage named Christine Hull. Never again!
I did not see that and am doing job for them tomorrow...? I am always polite and have worked for them for years..a question would not get you terminated.

I am still on Prophet and it's working fine, not a mention about Sassie....what's going on?

We still have not switched to Sassie fully. The last day for entering shops in Prophet will be Friday the 12th of April. The Prophet site will be up and running until April 30th but no shops will be available after the 12th.

Hi Briana: Could you have the schedulers include the link to the new site in their emails please? It is hard to search for the new site as Google always takes you to the Prophet site. The new Sassie site is easier to navigate and it is a better format. Also, yes you have to fill out a new shoppers profile to be registered.

We try to keep the links in our emails but Outlook constantly resets our signature line. We did change the link on the www.informams.com homepage to the Sassie site.

Wow I find that really hard to believe because she is super sweet. She does ask that shoppers be respectful when talking to her.
