What are they not doing right?

I just did a shop for them after years of not working with them, but when I worked with them a while back, they were one of the best MSCs I worked with.

Office staff is always super polite and helpful. Pay had never been an issue.....

If you are asking about the site itself, I have not had any problems with it.

They are great to work with. I have worked with them for years. I was having problems getting the site work right. I turned my computer off and back on and it was fine. Thanks.

The site has been pretty slow for me, but this happens periodically and is nothing new. It might also truncate the list of shops in the search results, and I have to start over. This is especially true when there are tons of shops in the search area. I just start over and slow down.
