Confero Payments

Has anyone received payments from Confero for shops done in December 15-31? It says "Paid on 2/11/19" in my shopper log but I still haven't received any of the payments into my PayPal.

I have had three times where my shopper log showed a payment but the payment never showed up in Paypal. I had to send an email with the shop number, date etc. There are instructions I think under FAQ on the main Confero page that tell you who to email Also, two times the payment showed up quickly The third time it took well over a month They did not respond back either, so I wasn't sure they got the message.
Yes just checked mine is showing the same paid 2/11/19 but no payment in paypal. I read on their site it can take 5 days from when payment released so give them to the 16th then I would email. I will do the same.

I have not received my payment for the shops marked paid on 2/11 either. I had an issue last month as well, and I never heard back from the email I sent to the payments address either.

I stopped shopping with this company because of the payment issues listed above. It is such a shame because they are a great company with good assignments. It happened several times. The first time, I thought it was a glitch. It had never happened before so I let it go. A few months later it happened again. I let it go once more. The third time was the last time. The main reason was because payment was 2 months late even though they state I was paid. I contacted Confero via email 3 times and never received an answer. I did finally get paid, but decided it was enough. I was reading recent threads on Confero and thought things were finally fixed. I thought about giving them another try, but then I see this.
Today is the the 18th and still no payments. The payment was marked paid 2/11. This is the first time it has happened but only the second time i have completed jobs for this company. I can understand am issue but the lack of response leaves me feeling taken advantage of. I will not do another shop for this company. In contrast, I once had an issue with another company, it was cleared up immediately. I have continued to have a good relationship with that company.
Is anyone else still waiting on payment from Confero? I noticed some said they received payment in PayPal on 2/13.

I still have not received payment for the shops that say they were paid on 2/11 either. I have sent two emails about it with no response. Very frustrating. I used to work with Confero a lot and never had a payment issue. Then they didn't have any shops in my area, so I didn't do much with them for a couple years. I started working for them again in November and December and have had to chase down payment both months now. I don't know what happened to them, but I doubt I will be doing more shops for them in the near future.

I still have not received payment either.. im getting concerned because i did A LOT of high bonus shops with them in january :/
I have several shops marked paid 2/11, but haven't received anything as of yet. I sent an email yesterday and haven't heard anything back.
My husband's were marked 'paid on 2/11'
He sent an inquiry on Monday night (late) and received not only a response from the scheduler but also payment was in his PayPal account yesterday.

I emailed the general payment inquiry email and tonight got a Paypal transfer stating that it was a "reissue" whatever that means.
I haven't worked for them at all this year and only a bit last year. The exact same thing happened with each payment...marked paid, not paid..emailed...paid with note about reissue. Looks like the only way to expedite your payment is to email and ask for it. Thought by now they would have straightened it out. When I started MSing back in early 2000's, Confero was one of the fastest payers.

I still have not received a payment or a response. I have emailed the shopper payments address twice, the first time over a week ago. Does anyone know of any other way to get a hold of someone?

Dunlap Enterprises is another one that you have to email the scheduler of all the stupid things to "remind" them to have the accounting department pay you. Cirrus is horrible about payment. Confero will kick in but it takes almost 2 months from when the shop was completed.
I also am having the same issue.. I sent an email twice to the email listed. I also reached out to the scheduler...no response. This happened before when I first started and I didn't notice until 3 months later so I never got that money. Hoping someone responds on Monday.
I asked a scheduler, who was no help. I called their office a couple days ago as well. The admin person was very nice and forwarded my email to them with an urgent note, but I still have not received any reply or payment from the payments department. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional.

None of my January shops have been marked paid in my log, even the early ones. I have emailed about payment but no response yet.
They FINALLY responded for the first time a few days ago, which was a month after my original email was sent. I still have not received the payment itself though.

I finally received my payment today along with this month's payment. Hoping it is uphill from here with them.

An editor wrote in the wrong expense amount for a December shop. Numerous polite emails were sent but never replied to, but to my delight and amazement a paypal for the amount owed showed up today. (By comparison this happened with a DataQuest editor and I had the direct deposit in my account less than 24 hours after notifying the editor.)
