Maritz Completed Shop Disappears From All Lists

I completed a shop for Maritz yesterday. Twenty four pumps. Huge location. A fair fee of just over $40. I debriefed the shop as usual. When I went to invoice it, I got a message that said, "That job ID is more than 2 weeks old". So, I just kept trying...no luck. I went into my Completed Shops list to double check the job ID, AND IT WAS NOT THERE. Nor was it on the list of jobs yet to be completed. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

This might not be incredibly helpful, but are sure you have the right visit ID for the shop? I always save my "shops assigned" email that comes the overnight after I assigned the shop. If you have too, I would just verify that you have the correct visit ID for it. If you do, a phone call tomorrow probably resolves it.
Yes, I have the right shop ID. I tried double checking it by going to my completed visits. That's when the wheels fell off the cart. The shop is not listed with all the others I did yesterday. It is also not listed in shops to be completed. I feel a cluster coming on.
Good grief that sounds just awful! It sounds like it may be stuck in job he!!.
Only thing I would do other than calling them on Monday first thing is to go back to your completed shops and check all the shops that were completed that day. Check their shop visit ID against every shop you did that day.

I hope you find it!
UPDATE: French Farmer was right! It was in job hell AKA hold hell. Apparently an editor snapped it up a nano second after I hit submit. This was at 6 AM today. I have never been so glad to have a job on hold. The job ID was correct. I went and invoiced it before I addressed the hold. BTW, the editor did their job. I had inserted a wrong pump photo.
I still think it was an anomaly. I've never had one disappear like that.

You are indeed, blessed!
You must invoice it within 2 weeks. They only stay on the lists for 14 days. Call the team that handels that particular shop. It sounds like team 2 by what you have discribed. Hope this helps. Ok, I just saw that it was on hold. Glad it showed up.
Double check the Visit ID. I have enter it wrong before and I get this message. If that does not fix it,then Email the team that covers the shop or to general mail with the Visit ID. I have found out that in November 2018 and January 2019 I did not invoice for jobs completed. They corrected the problem quick, and with a phone call answer to say what they did. I will get paid on the 15th check this month.
