Ipsos “Green” Shops—pending forever?

Has anyone else had their “green” gas station shops pending approval for several weeks? Does anyone know how long they might take to be submitted for payment? I remember the dark audits took a little while, but not this long.

I have one that's been pending for a couple of weeks. It's the only one I've done so I don't know what a normal time is.
I have about five from early Feb. still pending. I was wondering about that myself. Sure hope they don't come back now with additional info needed.

I have five pending as well. Good to know I'm not the only one. I'm going to stop doing them until I see the status change on the five I have already completed.
I have completed a ton of these, beginning on the 8th, and not one has been approved. I have just emailed nicole.charron@ipsos.com regarding the issue as she is in charge of the project. I know the pay period is going to close in the next day or so. I was really hoping to be paid for at least some of them on March 1 but it is not looking so good.

I've had one approved, from February 6, but the rest, which date back to the 4th, are still pending validation. There were a couple of QC issues, I admit, but I believe I fixed them. I think we've been spoiled by Maritz--they were lickety-split with editing.
I can only speak to the evening shops, but all of mine took at least a week to be approved. Some took 2 weeks or so.
Hello ladies and gentlemen!

I actually also was looking for information what was a cause of significant delay in IPSOS Quality Control Department. Two of my shops are pending since January 30th!!! I have been scheduled for 50 more audits and now I am quite unsure if I should or should not to do them, because as a mystery shopper I committed to follow guidelines, summbit reports on time and be professional, while IPSOS also committed to pay shoppers on time. I did my part of agreement and IPSOS broke rules, what could be a not good message at all, because it made me think they had problems with cash flow.

I did pretty much all of the dark audits offered in my area in January, the last few on January 16th. The latest any paid out was the 2/7 invoice which was paid on 2/15.

These are the consumer audits—mystery shop plus reveal. The dark audits were no problem for me, either.
I agree with @mjt9598. There are around 50 shops within 30 miles of me. I can only imagine how many are listed throughout the entire US.

Thanks -- I didn't realize this was regarding the consumer audits. I couldn't do those because I worked for a petroleum company in the past year. I was disappointed but now not so much!!
I got this response from the project manager back on the 20th
"I am sorry for the delay. We had a verification that had to be approved by the client before we could push shops through. The shops will be reviewed shortly."

As of today, all are still pending validation. I do believe they may be overwhelmed. Maritz gave us 7 weeks to complete, as long as you did 10% a week. This company started with a 4 day window (in my area anyway) and gave extensions as long as some were done each day. I did some back in October as well, and it took a while to get approved but not this long. Hopefully by the time the June rotation begins, they will have gotten a better handle on it.

Huzzah! The shops have begun to change over to "OK for Pay"!

Three of my audits also were approved by Quality Control Department.
The first 5 I did this month, on 2/8, have been approved for pay. I did like the fact that you could plan out shops 6 or 7 weeks ahead with the old MSC. Perhaps once the current MSC goes thru this round of shops some changes will be made for the next round. The pay is a bit slow but I can live with it. It all evens out once the cash starts rolling.
I completed five this month, the first one on 2/11, the last one on 2/15. All are still pending.
Yes we have a had a delay, and are now in the process of reviewing them. You should see them approved soon! Thank you for your patience!!

I have done 20 shops all showing pending why does it say get paid on the 1 st and 15 th that don’t look good o be true
I received this email:

Hello,
Thank you for partnering with Ipsos on the consumer audit program. We want to address your concerns around the delay in your assignments being reviewed.
Our QC process has been delayed way longer than you can typically expect from Ipsos. And although we are working hard to get this train moving again, it’s really no excuse not to keep you updated.
Here’s what you can expect in the coming days:
Pending Shop Payments will be processed on Tuesday, March 5. Realistically, we will not be able to QC all of the reports currently pending review fast enough to make this right. So, we’re going to process payments before we finish the review. Our only request is that you watch for emails from us if we have clarifications on your reports over the next 7-10 days while we catch up.
Note: PayPal processing time can take 3-4 business days.
Recent and upcoming shops will be reviewed within our regularly scheduled review period of 48-72 hours after your report is submitted.
Better communication. We really do appreciate your effort on helping us fulfill this project. And we are committed to getting better at sharing that and keeping you ‘in the loop’. Count on it.

Thank you,

Ipsos

Well I was only paid for my "Okay for Pay" shops and not for one that was pending. Then they said recent and upcoming shops will be reviewed in 48-72 hours, I have shops from Feb. 21st that are still pending. I am new with IPSOS and so far really like my scheduler, she has worked with me on dates and I do like the company. And I have been doing the green shops for 7 years and really enjoy doing them. But I only work for companies that pay on a regular 2 week rotation and I knew this is a learning process for them, so want to give them benefit of the doubt, But I do travel pretty far for these shops and do a lot of them, so it takes a lot out of pocket to do them. And out of the close to 80 shops I have done since the end of February, less then 10 of them have been reviewed. So I am hoping by the next quarter, things get better. I had at least another 50 I was going to pick up, but I think I am going to wait out this quarter.
I received the same email a week or so ago and was subsequently paid for all assignments I had completed in February. I now have all assignments from this client that were completed in March "Pending Validation." I am going to give the MSC the benefit of the doubt on this because I believe the problem is an editing issue that will eventually get corrected. I did these shops for the old company, almost from the beginning of the program and have probably completed several thousand over the years. I believe the client is difficult to work with. Those shoppers that worked on these for the old company only have to remember how many changes occurred to the instructions mid cycle to know that what the client said they wanted at the beginning was not necessarily what they actually wanted. This causes confusion at the MSC and slows down editing. Its a learning process for all. I also know that the pay cycle for these shops with the old company was typically 4-6 weeks from the date the shop was completed. None of my shops that are "Pending Validation" are currently older than that so if I get my money for them within 6 weeks of completing them, I'll consider it reasonable. I'm going to continue doing these for the time being and see how it shakes out.
Somewhat of a tangent, but yesterday I got an email thanking me for using the ishopforipsos app to complete a consumer audit..... when I never have used the app to complete one.
