Is "TechnologyStoreShopper" still an active company?

Yesterday, I received an email from this company for a job in my area. I have completed a couple of jobs for the company over the past two years. When I went to log in, it would not recognize my email address and told me to update my password. Okay, I can understand that. But, the website never sent an update password email even after several attempts. I tried to re-register only to be told my email was already registered. I went to their website, [www.technologystoreshopper.com], and the "Contact Us" link gives a fatal error, and the "Call (877) 802-0924" link is a fax machine, not a telephone number. Has anyone else experienced these types of errors?

They are still in business. Some MSCs, if you haven't logged in in a while, will have you change your password.

I would if the company sent me the link to do that. For some reason, it does not recognize the email address that I have had for 10 years. It puts a red line under the portion after the "@" symbol. At first, I thought I might have been deleted for inactivity, but when I tried to re-register, their system said I already have the email in the system. I'm chasing my tail here. I will try a different telephone number on Monday, but the company really needs to update their homepage. Having an out-of-date home page is low-class.

I just checked my account. When I tried to log in it forced me to change my password. I got the email right away. I was able to then sign in. Nothing on the job board in my area

You're using the address above? I was able to log in with no issue. There were no shops in my area either.

You should search in the forum or post a new thread. Replying to another thread and asking a completely unrelated question is not the way to go.

At the top of the page is a small arrow. Click on "mystery shopping discussion" and then you will see "new topic" at the top of the page. Click on that.

And yes, International Service Check is a company, but keep in mind that there are scammers out there who use legitimate companies' names to try to pull scams on people.

I just got two jobs with technology store shopper due Monday. I last did work for them in Sep 2017. Seems like they either lost their one client or the client switched msps.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
