I can’t get in now either. I just messaged my favorite scheduler and they said they can’t get on either. They said it must be system wide.
They said they will let me know if they hear anything.
I have 5 shops to report and I can’t get it to load the page. I was right in the middle of one of the reports.
And that's why I love this forum..so glad it's not just me.

They said sending direct deposit on the 22nd with payment being made on the 25th.
Same here. I've tried a couple of times and I get this:

This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.

It’s up. But I had a dinner shop that I can’t reschedule and wasn’t able to access for guidelines. Should I cancel or leave it and see if they will let me do it tomorrow.
They sent me a reply to my email stating the following

"Karen S replied:
Good evening,

We have experienced an outage with our systems. We believe this is now fixed so you should be able to report your shops or check the Shopper Website now. There will be no penalty for late reporting.

We apologize for the issue and thank you for your patience.

@Melowrain, I would email their helpdesk and explain the situation. I'd see how they want you to proceed. In any case, I think it would be helpful for you to tell them why you have to cancel (if they won't let you do it tomorrow or open any more dates to reschedule), given that it wasn't really your fault. This way, you won't be penalized for the cancellation.
If you are using Google chrome you might be having problems for there security certificate is out of date. on March 20 2019 7:45 pm No problem
I haven't had an issue logging in this week but I just completed two shops and as of today (and my reports were positive, objective, unbiased reports too), I was told the following: "Our Clients need the most objective, unbiased reports that we can provide. We also want to help keep you from being identified by the business staff as a mystery shopper, so we must sometimes limit the number of shops that any one Shopper can do for a particular project during a month. The limit parameters are complex, but they have been developed with our Clients’ needs in mind. (Please note shop limits involve restricted information, and our staff is unable to state which limits, if any, have been met at a particular time.)" What does that even mean when I did all I could to remain discreet and followed the guidelines? So frustrating.
It's not necessarily personal. It may just mean you did a shop as many times as allowed in a certain period of time.
