Red Wave. It was rejected, and I have to do it over. I doubt that I will.

The issue was the pump ID. I didn't take pictures of the sides of the pumps.

I did 3 Red Wave stations this this morning. I think I got all of the pictures.

Was this the observation of the gas stations that typically have the red Wave sign? Or the newer $7 truck stop ones?

I did one of these yesterday it seems like a waste of time. None of the attendants could answer my questions. Ended up calling the owner of the station and he basically declined the audit and asked me to leave. No way to contact observa as their support page is down. No email or phone number listed in the app to reach out to anyone.

Ended up getting paid anyway but at $12 each these shops don't seem worth it. I'm not willing to run around a gas station so I can net $12/hour after expenses. Just seems like an experiment in paying people as little as they possibly can.
Does anyone have issues with the list portion of the site loading?

No, in fact it works better than the map for me.
I just got an email from Observa. They told me they would pay me this time for the shop where the manager declined the audit, but that in the future I won't be paid.

"You will be paid for the first instance that a manager asks you to leave or refuses to let you finish the observation. Future observations where the manager does not allow you to complete the observation will not be paid, as we need to provide quality data to our customer. Please ensure you are speaking to the employee first, and providing the letter of authorization to them immediately."

Absolutely ridiculous policy. This MSC obviously isn't afraid to screw us out of time and money. It's out of our control if the manager declines the audit/survey.

I haven't personally but there are a couple of threads about Observa in the company section of the forum where people have talked about them if that helps.

IMHO, I did one. The pay ($7) is too low to accept any additional ones.

Why in the world would you do so many if you thought that the pay was too low? That's a lot!

No I did the gas stations for $12 each and I got a $780 bonus over that which made them about $18 each. Well worth it for me
Truck surveys are $7 and I think it’s just too low for me to do. It’s looks like most are not being done due to pay
